Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products once they have been opened or used. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
For unopened and unused products, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request supporting documentation such as photographs to facilitate the resolution process.
